When you share information about your business with Gawa Technology Group, it stays protected. This promise covers everything you give us through our questionnaire, our free security assessment, and our free workshop. You don’t need to sign anything. It’s our commitment to you.

1. What We Collect

• Your answers to our questionnaire, notes we take during the workshop, a recording if you allow one, and publicly available information about your business, such as your website and email settings.

2. How We Use It

• Only to prepare your security assessment, run your workshop, and write your action plan. Nothing else.

3. What We Never Do

• We never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside Gawa.

• We never use your information in marketing, case studies, or testimonials without your written permission.

• We never ask for passwords, logins, or access to your systems for the workshop or security assessment.

• We never test, scan, or touch your systems without your written permission.

4. Recordings

• We only record with your permission. We ask before the meeting and again in the room. You can say no and we’ll take notes instead. If you’d like a copy, just ask.

5. Protected Health and Sensitive Data

• We don’t need patient records, customer financial data, or other regulated information for the workshop. Please don’t share it. If you work in healthcare and a later project requires it, we’ll sign a Business Associate Agreement first.

6. How We Protect It

• Your information is stored in secured business accounts with multi-factor authentication. Only Gawa staff working on your workshop can see it.

7. Your Control

• Ask us anytime to send you everything we have, or to delete it, including the recording. We’ll confirm in writing when it’s done.
