FREE BUSINESS WORKSHOP
All about your business, not us.
One to three hours, at your office or online. We learn how your business really runs, then hand you an action plan your IT people can act on, or we can. No pitch, nothing to sign.
Includes a free security assessment. View a sample →
How it works
With two hours, send the questionnaire ahead or we can go through it together at the start.
Before we meet
- 1
Tell us about your business
A guided questionnaire, about 20 minutes. Do it ahead of time or together at the start of the workshop. Save and come back anytime.
- 2
Your free security assessment arrives
Fill out the questionnaire or book a workshop and we’ll send you a free security assessment: what anyone on the internet can see about your business, like your email setup, website and domain. Nothing touches your network. It’s yours to keep.
- 3
Pick a date
Book a Friday morning that works for you. You can book first and do the questionnaire after. Either order works.
- 4
Confirmation and a heads-up
You’ll hear from us right away, then again before the day, so nothing sneaks up on you.
- Right awayCalendar invite with a short agenda, a reschedule link, a request to record (your choice), and our Confidentiality Promise, signed by Chase.
- 1–2 days outA reminder with what to have handy, like a list of your current IT vendors and software.
- That morningA quick text or call to confirm we’re on the way, or to send the video link.
- 5
We do our homework
Before we arrive we study your answers, your security assessment, and how businesses in your industry typically run, so we speak your language from the first minute.

We come to you
At your office on a Friday morning, or virtually if that works better. We need the person who knows the business and makes the technology calls.

Before we leave, we set a time to hand it over. Most plans are ready within a few business days. We drop off a printed copy, email it, or both.

Free follow-up, then your call
Want to walk through the plan together? We’ll do a free follow-up, on-site or virtually, and answer your questions. It’s optional. What you do with the plan is up to you.

Pass it on
If the workshop was worth your time, the only thing we ask is an introduction to someone who could use it. Your plan comes with a short intro message you can forward.

A quick check-in later
A couple of months on, we’ll ask how the plan is going. No pitch, just a chance to answer questions as things change.
Everything you share is covered by our Confidentiality Promise.

What’s involved
Who should be there: the person who understands the business at a high level and makes technology decisions. Bring anyone else you like.
What we cover: people, then processes, then technology, plus how you measure a good month.
What we don’t do: no tools on your network, no touching your computers, no proposal at the end.
Recording: we’ll ask to record so we can listen instead of type. It’s your call. You can have a copy anytime, and we delete it when you ask. Covered by our Confidentiality Promise.
What you walk away with
Your action plan, printed and digital: what we heard, a map of your key processes, your top risks, prioritized recommendations and quick wins.
Every recommendation spelled out: why it matters, what done looks like, a rough cost range, and who can do it: you, your IT provider, or us.
Hand-off briefs: a few lines your IT person can work from without ever calling us.

What does it cost? One question.
At the end, we’ll ask if there’s one person you know who’d benefit from the same conversation. That’s it. If the workshop wasn’t worth your time, don’t send anyone.
Why it’s free
We’d rather earn referrals by being useful than earn meetings by pitching. If the plan helps, you’ll tell people. That’s how we want to grow.
Workshop questions, answered.
Who sees my answers?
Only the Gawa team working on your workshop. We put it in writing: our Confidentiality Promise says we use your information only for your assessment and action plan, never sell or share it, and delete it whenever you ask.
Will you need access to our computers or accounts?
No. The workshop and security assessment need no logins or system access. A deeper review only happens later if you ask for one and give written permission.
We have our own NDA. Will you sign it?
Yes. Send it over when you book and we’ll review and sign it before we meet.
Everything you share is covered by our Confidentiality Promise.
Start with the questionnaire.
Tell us about your business, get your free security assessment, and we’ll walk in already knowing where to look.
